GraftSource Homeowner Terms

Posting a job
Posting a homeowner job with GraftSource is free. Please provide accurate contact information and enough genuine detail for us to understand the work required.
Manual review and matching
GraftSource reviews enquiries manually. If we consider an enquiry suitable, we may share the job details and the contact information you supplied with up to five tradespeople we consider relevant to the job and area. We may use fewer than five where appropriate.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that five trades will be available, that any trade will respond, or that you will receive a quote.
Your choice of trade
You are under no obligation to accept a quote or hire a trade introduced through GraftSource. Before engaging anyone, you should carry out the checks you consider appropriate, which may include identity, references, insurance, qualifications, registrations, experience and written terms for the work.
Information supplied by a trade to GraftSource is not a guarantee by GraftSource that the trade is suitable for your project.
Your contract is with the trade
Any contract for work is between you and the selected tradesperson or business. GraftSource is not a party to that contract. Quotes, scope, deposits, payments, timescales, materials, workmanship, safety, warranties and completion are matters between you and the trade.
Contact details and stopping an enquiry
By submitting a job and agreeing to the sharing statement on the form, you permit GraftSource to provide the enquiry and your contact details to selected trades for the purpose of contacting you about the job. If you no longer need the work or want GraftSource to stop sharing an enquiry that has not yet been sent, contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints
If your complaint concerns GraftSource's matching service, contact us directly. Complaints about the work, quote or conduct of a trade should normally be raised with that trade first. Serious concerns may also be reported to GraftSource so we can consider whether the trade should continue to use the platform.
