GraftSource Trade Membership Terms

These terms apply to GraftSource Trade Membership. By applying and activating membership, you confirm that you are using GraftSource wholly or mainly for your trade, profession or business.
Application and approval
Trade applications are reviewed by GraftSource. We may accept, decline, pause or request further information about an application. Approval to join is at GraftSource's discretion and does not create an employment, agency, partnership or franchise relationship.
Membership price
Your first monthly billing cycle is £0. Unless cancelled, membership then renews automatically at £15 per month. There is no minimum term and you may cancel anytime. Payments and recurring billing are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.
What membership provides
Active members are eligible to be considered for suitable homeowner job opportunities. GraftSource manually reviews enquiries and may select up to five trades for a homeowner job.
Membership does not guarantee a minimum number, frequency or value of leads, a minimum number of quotes, exclusivity, contact from homeowners, or any work won.
Your trade profile
You must keep your business details, trade, coverage area, availability, job preferences and other information accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining any insurance, licences, qualifications, registrations and legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your work.
Using homeowner information
Homeowner contact and job information supplied through GraftSource must be used only for responding to the relevant enquiry and managing any resulting customer relationship lawfully. You must not sell, publish, misuse or distribute lead information to unrelated third parties.
Quotes and work
You are solely responsible for your own quotes, prices, contracts, consumer-law obligations, tax, health and safety, workmanship, staff or subcontractors, warranties and completion of work. GraftSource is not a party to the contract between you and the homeowner and does not collect commission on work you win.
No endorsement or guarantee
Approval or membership does not mean that GraftSource certifies, endorses or guarantees a trade. You must not describe yourself as 'GraftSource vetted', 'GraftSource certified' or similar unless GraftSource has expressly introduced such a verification scheme and authorised that wording.
Cancellation and failed payments
You may cancel at any time. Once cancellation becomes effective, future recurring charges stop and you will no longer be selected for new job opportunities. Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed by GraftSource. If a payment fails, membership may be paused until payment status is resolved.
Suspension or removal
GraftSource may pause or end access where reasonably necessary, including for inaccurate information, misuse of homeowner data, repeated complaints, abusive conduct, non-payment, suspected fraud or activity that may damage users or the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
