GraftSource Website Terms

These terms apply to use of the GraftSource website and service. By using the website, submitting an enquiry or applying to join as a trade, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

What GraftSource does

GraftSource provides an introduction and job-matching service. We review homeowner enquiries and may manually select suitable local tradespeople based on information available to us, including trade, area, job preferences and availability.

GraftSource does not carry out building or trade work, prepare quotes on behalf of trades, supervise projects or become a party to any contract between a homeowner and a tradesperson.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a homeowner will receive a particular number of responses or quotes, that a trade will receive a particular number or value of opportunities, or that any introduction will result in an agreement or completed job.

Although GraftSource may review information supplied by trades, this does not amount to a guarantee or certification of a trade's identity, qualifications, competence, insurance, financial standing, availability or quality of work.

User responsibilities

Users must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or fraudulent information; interfere with the website; harvest other users' data; or use job information for purposes unrelated to the relevant enquiry.

Homeowner and trade agreements

Any quote, price, scope, payment, deposit, timescale, warranty, cancellation arrangement or contract for work is agreed directly between the homeowner and the trade. Each party is responsible for carrying out its own checks and deciding whether to proceed.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, refuse or remove enquiries, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or our business.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, GraftSource is not responsible for losses arising from work performed by a trade, disputes between homeowners and trades, or decisions made by users following an introduction.

Intellectual property

The GraftSource name, branding, website design and original website content belong to GraftSource or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory legal rights that apply to you are not affected.
